As for your GPU, instead of searching for windows updates, search for Device Manager in the start menu. Open it, and go to your display adapters. Find your GPU, right-click it, and then click update driver.

Here is what you need to do:
- Open the start menu and search for “Sound Settings”.
- When that opens, click on Sound Control Panel which should be on the right, in related settings.
- Find the device that you use and right-click > Properties.
- Navigate to the Advanced tab, and set the format to “24 bit, 480000 Hz (Studio recording)”.
If you had the game running while doing this, then it is important that you close it, and then open it again. Check whether this has fixed the issue.
Finally, if you still have trouble with these issues, and they’re persistent, then you should consider reinstalling the game, or contacting the support team.
