I have seen this problem multiple times but I have not yet found a solution. My shop page and my product page no longer display anything. It worked fine until the 23rd of last month.

Select 'shop page' to use the product table layout on the main WooCommerce shop page. 'Product category archives' will enable product tables on all your product category pages, product tax archives, and product search results. The WooCommerce shop page serves as a placeholder for a post type archive to display products. A post type archive displays a list of all posts under a particular post type, tag, or category. In this case, it would be the Products post type to display WooCommerce products. I’ve created a visual HTML hook guide for the WooCommerce Archive Page (which is the same page for the Shop, Category, Tag pages). This visual guide belongs to my “Visual Hook Guide Series“, that I’ve put together so that you can find WooCommerce hooks quickly and easily by seeing their actual locations (and you can also copy/paste).

Thank you. Perfect.
Give me a few minutes to review. Have you thought about bumping up your PHP version to 7.2? I can see your PHP version is an older version. Versions of PHP5 will soon become obsolete.
I’ll be back in a few minutes.
Understood. Do you know if they’re on WP Hosted server or a shared hosted account with cPanel? Super easy to up to 7.2 if you have cPanel access. I’m not sure of GD’s WP hosted servers though. You might have to ask them.
Are you able to run anything in the backend? We have a new plugin out called Health Check that might throw back some information as to what’s going on.
Off the top of my head though it would be best to up the PHP version though.
Awesome. So that’s just confirming what I already recommended.
1.) make a full directory backup of their website.
2.) go to php in cpanel and up to at least 7.2 if available. After that refresh. May take a few minutes. Clear cache, then refresh.
Have you tried disabling all the plugins? Then only turn back on WooCommerce?
And still nothing? Can you rename the plugins folder please? Note this will make them inactive too. Delete any plugin not being used and copy paste your htaccess if you can.
You got nothing when renaming?
You have to have an htaccess file. That’s probably the reason right there. You went into the root directory and saw nothing? It’ll be where your wp-config file is
